Free Stamps for Youngsters
The ISWSC is dedicated to helping youngsters collect and enjoy worldwide stamps. Through the generosity of their members, they are giving away free stamp packets to any child under age 17. All they ask is that you send them a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) if you reside in the US, or an international reply coupon (IRC) if you live in another country to defray postage expenses.
