Click the ‘Sign Up Today’ icon on the landing page. Only Commissary authorized shoppers are allowed to register. Click on ‘Yes’ for ‘I am a Commissary authorized shopper’ and change the military status. That will enable the controls. Fill in all the details and click the submit button.
