   People: Don’t take chances with birth control. In the 1980s a similar product was mass marketed (a suppository similar to this product). Even though it was claimed that the product was thoroughly tested and as effective as birth control pills, it wasn’t. Many women became pregnant using that product. It was pulled from the market in less than a year. You can’t trust manufacturers for much of anything so, when it comes to such an important issue, stick with the long-term proven methods!
